Cancellation Policy

When you book a cabin, you can get a full refund if you cancel more than two weeks in advance of the date of your booking.

If you cancel less than two weeks, but more than 7 days in advance of your booking, you can get a 50% refund.

If you cancel less than a week before your booking, no amount will be refunded.

If you change the reservation date instead of cancelling, your full payment amount can apply to the new booking. You must cancel the original booking and choose new dates at least two weeks before the original date. This allowance only applies for one change of dates. 

If you only stay for some of the days of your booking and leave, we are not obliged to give you a refund for the days you did not stay or for food you did not eat.
