Cancellation Policy

When you book a cabin, you can get a full refund if you cancel more than two weeks in advance of the date of your booking.

If you cancel less than two weeks, but more than 7 days in advance of your booking, you can get a 50% refund.

If you cancel less than a week before your booking, no amount will be refunded.

If you change the reservation date instead of cancelling, your full payment amount can apply to the new booking.
