The space
Love Nest is the upstairs suite to a 3 bedroom villa. You can rent it by itself or rent the downstairs suite as well. This will make 2 additional bedrooms, one bathroom and a full kitchen bedroom available if you are traveling with a large group that wants to stay together. The name of the downstairs suite is Sunrise Magic.

This seaside property offers 2 private beaches, villas and cottages, sleeps up to 32 persons from couples only to groups. It’s perfect for weddings and honeymoons, family reunions, friends traveling together, day beach parties, company fun days, church or special interest groups. This 18 acre property has 2 white sand beach coves, an in-property hiking trails, and an award-winning restaurant. Please ask us about our meal plans!
We’re centrally located, about an hour to an hour and a half drive from Kingston to the south, Pt. Antonio to the east, and Ocho Rios to the west. This makes us the perfect base from which to explore so much of Jamaica in day trips, coming home to the familiar comfort of your cabin.
Our small fishing village of 100 people has two shops, four bars, two restaurants (and a pop-up jerk stall on Fridays and Saturdays). Within a two mile radius, the more offerings join the list: a vegan restaurant, two more fish restaurants, at least 4 churches and more. There are so many local excursions, including ATV tours and a hike to Black Sand Beach and Kwamen Falls.
You can go to the nearest large town, Annotto Bay, to go to the weekly vegetable market, and for banking, pharmacy needs or supermarket shopping. Annotto Bay is also where our local hospital is located.
Guest access
Love Nest is one out of 14 rooms comprised of one 4 bedroom villa, one 3 bedroom villa, two 2 bedroom villas, and three 1 bedroom cottages. All of the rooms can be rented separately or as the whole villa. The entire property situated on 18 acres, 2 private beaches, restaurant, yoga deck overlooking beach can be booked for private events, closed to the public.
We offer adventure tours via hiking, boat rides to hidden waterfalls, empty beaches and old ruins, then enjoy fish or lobster lunch grilled on a campfire while you swim at the waterfall!
Prices
The base price for the first guest is $23,500 JMD / $150 USD, and $4,600 JMD / $30 USD for each additional person.
